University of Connecticut

College Advising Corps at University of Connecticut aims to secure post-secondary enrollment and completion for low-income, first-generation, and underrepresented Connecticut high school students by placing well-trained, recent college graduates in high-need high schools around the state to provide personalized, knowledgeable guidance on college admission and financial aid to students and their families. University of Connecticut advisers work in partnership with principals, counselors, and teachers to ensure that all seniors, regardless of their circumstance, have a postsecondary plan.
