Become a Partner Program

Our work would not be possible without partner institutions of higher education. To place advisers in America’s underserved high schools, we partner with select colleges and universities who co-invest with us to recruit, train, and support recent college graduates as full-time college advisers. In 2019-2020, we partnered with 31 chapters of higher education. (See here)

We look for several attributes in our higher education partners: a commitment to college access from institution leadership; a willingness to co-invest with us to support the cost of training and placing advisers in high-need high schools; high potential for philanthropic support from state and local foundations, individuals, and corporations; and, typically, institutions with a five-year, 70 percent graduation rate.
