Job Opportunity with NCAC: Director of Development

The National College Advising Corps seeks qualified candidates for the position of Director of Development. The Director of Development will work with the Executive Director and leadership team to develop and implement a strategic and diversified fundraising plan that will guide the organization to meet ambitious fundraising goals, maximizing opportunities around corporate, individual, and foundation fundraising.

The Advising Corps is a fast-growing national network of university-based programs which place their recent graduates in high schools and community colleges to increase college-going rates, especially among low-income, first-generation, and underrepresented populations. Current members include: Brown University; Franklin and Marshall College; Pennsylvania State University; Tufts University; the University of Alabama; the University of California, Berkeley; the University of Missouri, Columbia; the University of Utah; the University of Virginia; the University of Georgia; the University of Illinois; and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, which houses the national headquarters. With placements in 180 high schools in eleven states, the Corps currently serves more than 37,000 students.
